Any former Guardsman or Trooper who has lost contact with friends of whom we may have knowledge, is invited to make contact - although we offer no guarantee of success in locating personnel from outside the Branch!

Please feel free to send us an Email if you would like further information on our Association, or simply to tell us something about your experiences as a Guardsman.

The Email should be addressed to the Honorary Secretary of the Grenadier Guards Association - East Kent Branch (Bob Goodson). If required, he will forward your information to the appropriate Regimental Branch closest to your location.

If you know of a Guardsman or Trooper who has no access to Email, but would like to join the Association, then please send an Email to the Honorary Secretary on their behalf showing their "snail mail" address. The Secretary will then contact them directly.

To aid the research, please inform them of the purpose of your enquiry and provide as much information as you know.

Useful start points for the researchers include information such as:

Your relatives full name
Their service number
Their last rank held
Their period of service (i.e. 1939-42)
Any places you know where they served.
